The Labour Day celebration was held at our school on
1st May with deep appreciation for the invaluable contributions of our
supportive staff. The event served as a heartfelt tribute to those who work
tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the smooth functioning of the
institution.
The programme was gracefully proceeded by our
respected teacher Mr. Francis Rego, who opened the event by highlighting the
significance of Labour Day and its historical relevance. His warm words set a
thoughtful relevance and respectful tone for the celebration.
The chief highlight of the event was the
felicitation ceremony led by Rev. Fr. Reginald D’Souza, who personally honoured
the school’s support staff. Each member was recognized for their dedication and
selfless service to the school community.
In a touching moment, Mr. Jeevan, representing all
the support staff, came forward to express heartfelt gratitude on behalf of all
the support staff. His words reflected the deep bond shared between the staff
and the school.
The event was concluded with the distribution of gifts
and a group photograph, leaving behind a strong message of mutual respect, appreciation
and unity. It was truly a memorable occasion that reminded everyone of the
dignity and importance of every role in our school family.
